                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE 
                   AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH 
                   CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC., RELATIVE TO 
                   EVALUATION OF THE I & I REDUCTIONS IN THE 
                   CHATTANOOGA CREEK BASIN, FOR AN ADDITIONAL 
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($20,000.00) FOR A REVISED TOTAL 
                   CONTRACT PRICE OF SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($65,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute Amendment 
       No. 2 to an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc., 
       relative to evaluation of the I & I reductions achieved in the 
       Chattanooga Creek Basin, for an additional consideration of 
       $20,000.00 for a revised total contract price of $65,000.00.
